Active Directory User Table Monitor Template

The Active Directory User Table Monitor Template enables Network Administrators to generate a table of AD User Properties, filter on values, then optionally send an email to each triggered user (e.g. send an email alert to each user prior to their password expiring).

To Configure the Active Directory User Table Monitor Template

  • From the Menu Bar, select File | New. The Create New Object View displays.
  • From the Create New Object View, expand Templates | Active Directory Users then select Active Directory User Table Monitor. The New Template Properties View displays.
  • The Template Properties view contains 5 tabs.

Options Configuration

  • Use the Directory Service drop-down to select the target domain or Active Directory server.

  • Use the Column Definitions controls to select the target user properties to monitor and include in triggers and other notifications.
