Date and Time Range Filters
The Date/Time Range Tab found in various Report property views, enables you to filter on date and time range. Use these options, for example, to create a report that shows all successful logons after 5:00 PM or 17:00.
How to target specific dates and time ranges:
- Use the Date and time range drop-down to select either a pre-defined date and time range, the last X hours or a custom date and time range.
The following options are available:

| Last hour | Current time minus 1 hour to midnight tonight. |
| Last 2 hours | Current time minus 2 hours to midnight tonight. |
| Last 4 hours | Current time minus 4 hours to midnight tonight. |
| Last 12 hours | Current time minus 12 hours to midnight tonight. |
| Last 24 hours | Current time minus 24 hours to midnight tonight. |
| Last 48 hours | Current time minus 48 hours to midnight tonight. |
| Last 72 hour | Current time minus 72 hours to midnight tonight. |
| Today | 12:00 AM to midnight tonight. |
| Yesterday | 12:00 AM yesterday up to but not including 12:00 AM today. |
| Last 2 days | Midnight tonight minus 2 days to midnight tonight. |

How to exclude specific dates and time ranges:
- Use the Day and time exclusions controls to add day of week and time of day exclusions.
- Click the Add
button to add a new item. The new Day and Time Exclusion Rule dialog displays. - From the Day and Time Exclusion Rule dialog, choose to:
- Exclude days of the week.
- Exclude time of the day.
- Exclude day and time range.
How to remove previously assigned exclusions:
- To delete an item, either select a single line item or use the shift and/or ctrl keys multi-select, then either press the Delete key or press the Delete
button. - To clear all listed items, press the Clear
button.
